As a Deployment Engineer at LivePerson, a global leader in enterprise conversational AI, I provided technical expertise and development support for large-scale enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities & Contributions

  • Custom Solution Development (JavaScript):

    • Developed JavaScript code extensions and client-side customizations to enhance and tailor the LivePerson platform’s functionality.
    • Created and modified programming rules within the LivePerson software to align with client workflows and business logic.
  • Enterprise Client Integration & Technical Leadership:

    • Led technical discussions with client development teams to define integration strategies and requirements.
    • Engineered and implemented solutions to integrate LivePerson’s software with diverse client websites and backend systems.
  • Account Management & Technical Support:

    • Managed the technical aspects of key enterprise client accounts, serving as a primary technical point of contact.
    • Provided high-level technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with internal LivePerson teams (e.g., Product, R&D, QA, Customer Success) to advocate for client needs, relay feedback, and ensure successful project delivery.
